Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The problem is you have to work extra hard to get problems resolved because you do not take phone calls. Not everyone is computer savvy

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It took a few more back and forth with an Executive Response Specialist to solve the problem.

After 1 year I finally got my 4 domains to the point where I can use them. The company did not offer a compensation so far.

Several days after I posted my review, Domain.com contacted me and finally changed my email address. However, my domains are still suspended due to missing ICANN verification.

I repeatedly tried to re-send the verification link to my new email address yet if failed.

It appears that domain.com needs to update that link first on their end. I contacted them to request it but no answer so far.

For the past year I have tried to solve a seeming simple problem with Domain.com, to no avail. I have chatted with and spoken to many customer service reps, e-mailed their advanced tech support and even sent in my ID and a utility bill to conform my identity although this poses a potential security risk to me.

Still, no solution.
When I purchased new domains a year ago, the owners/registrants email address was, for some inexplicable reason, recorded as "bounceatdomain.com". I obviously never entered this email address anywhere and I dont have access to it. I was logged into my account at the time of registration with my regular email address already on file.
The issue is now that no tech support rep has been able to change this email address for me to the email address already registered (and confirmed) with my account. I have been a customer for the past 20 years.
The problem pertains to 4 domain names.

I did everything the tech reps suggested, yet my case was closed several times without a solution. I got several apologies but no help.
I was instructed to email registrantnamechangeatnewfold.com and did not get an answer. Sometimes my emails were auto rejected since the case numbers (E-154158 and ACR_78361) the rep told me to include caused an automated reject of my emails as the cases had been closed.
On top of it two of my domains got suspended due to missing ICANN verification.

Of course I cannot verify it as the email address bounceatdomain.com is not mine and I have no access to it. And here the infinite loop continues.

Preferred solution: Solution of my problem. I have made an enormous effort and still no solution. I have not been able to use my domains due to the error. Two of them have even gotten suspended.

I SPEND HOURS WITH NO RESOLUTION ON JUST GETTING MY PAID EMAIL TO WORK

Meantime, DOMAIN.COM keeps saying "I understand your frustration". I have written a book with my website on it ONLY NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO WRITE TO ME.

Called the number provided; a recording answers instructing you to use the chat. However, there is no access to a chat anywhere on the web. There is no contact person or email whatsoever.

Your company is a scam. I cant believe any company runs a business without a live person to assist the customers with any questions or problems or issues they may hav.

apparently its all AI generated from what I can see. An AI prompts you for questions, then directs you to an agent and the so-called agent Takes for *** ever to respond thats how I know its not a real person on the other end.

They are totally not at all helpful with my issue. This is definitely a scam.
